1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept return and refund requests for goods purchased from our online store under the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) must be provided.
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations made after this time may not be possible if the order has already been processed or dispatched.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return or refund
- Reason for the return or refund request
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item(s) and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) for a refund and placing a new order.
6. Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain consumable household items may not be eligible for return once opened. These include but are not limited to:
- Opened or unsealed cleaning products
- Used kitchen consumables or sanitizing agents
- Items clearly marked as “Final Sale”
