Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

1. Shipping Coverage

Currently, we only offer shipping within Malaysia. We do not support international deliveries at this time. Please ensure your shipping address is a valid Malaysian location during checkout to avoid delays or order cancellations.


2. Shipping Fees

We are pleased to offer free shipping for all orders within Malaysia. No additional charges will be applied at checkout, regardless of the order amount.


3. Delivery Timeframe

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days from the date of purchase.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and tracking information (if available).

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to:

  • Public holidays
  • Remote or rural locations
  • Logistics provider delays (if any)

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If there is a delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.


5. Tracking Information

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor the delivery status on the courier’s website.


6. Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery.


7. Undelivered or Lost Packages
